First of all, is the triple safety mechanism of the lid.
This ensures that the device will automatically stop its operation whenever the lid is opened. It will also cease operations immediately when the lid is opened forcibly while cooking is in progress. The lid is also secured with 3 safety locks. It also features a revolutionary double anti-superheating device by the temperature sensor and bimetal.
The machine also boasts an elaborate operation control program that is dependent on temperature. Thanks to the delicate temperature control within the error range of ±0.5℃, this machine is able to have temperature-regulated safety.
When the temperature is above 70℃, the rotation is limited in step 7 or more.
When the temperature is above 50℃, the dough function is limited.
When its operated with no defined time setting, it will automatically stop in 100 minutes.
In addition, it is also made of food-safe materials so that the entire family can consume the cooked food without worries.
The cooker is made of stainless steel (SUS304) and the same goes for the hotplate (SUS444). Both are safe materials even at high temperatures. The lid and steaming plate are made of FDA-approved polycarboante. Similarly, the blade is made of FDA-approved Ultem® (polyetherimide) and SUS420J2.
