Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, giving you strength and helping you burn calories throughout the day.  Even though there are many studies linking eating breakfast to good health, it is still hard to know if breakfast causes these healthy habits or a healthier lifestyle.

But of course, skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating. This is because when you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscle and brain work their best is usually low. Therefore, if your body doesn’t get the fuel from food, you may feel out of energy, and more likely to overeat later in the day.

Breakfast is also known to give you a chance to get in some vitamins and nutrients from healthy foods like diary, fruits, and grains. If you don’t eat them, you are most likely to not get enough nutrition that your body needs.

Most people would skip morning meals as they are rushing to work, which is a bug mistake and should be avoided. If you don’t eat first thing in the morning, you may get so hungry later on that you snack on high-sugar, high-fat foods.
