Adding a little ginger into your day to day meal

There are plenty of herbs that provides you with good health. Ginger, in particular, is more pungent.
Gingers are well known to help facilitate digestion and keeps the gastro-intestinal tract healthy. Here are some ideas on how you can include ginger into your diet:
- Start your day with a hot cup of ginger tea, and add some other spices like cinnamon and cardamom to add more flavour.
- Use ginger or ginger-paste to create a better aroma for your stews.
- Gingers in soups and hot broths are always a delight during your sick and normal days. Adding in a dash of black pepper and garlic in your soup also soothes your throat!
- Ginger in detox drinks and juices can also be considered.

In the end, adding ginger into your daily meals can be good but do not overuse it as it may cause indigestion and bloating.
